How do I loop background music for a Twitch stream?

Looping a normal track directly in OBS still exposes the click at the wrap-around, because OBS repeats the file exactly as-is. Loop Music removes the seam before OBS ever plays it.
Why does my OBS music have a gap when it loops?
Because the file itself isn't seamless. OBS's Loop option just replays the same file, so any silence or level mismatch at the ends is heard as a gap on every cycle.
Fix the file, not the player: run it through Loop Music once and the join becomes inaudible, so OBS's loop sounds continuous.
Can I loop a whole playlist on Twitch?
Loop each track into a seamless file first, then chain them or loop one long bed. A raw playlist will still click at each track boundary.
